It is actually Micha Ulmann's inverted statue in Berlin as a memorial to the
"German Kristallnacht-cristal night- in november 9 1938 when the nazies burned all jewish books.
What you see here is an underground room with empty shelves - no books,
coverd by glass that reflects the sky which is the only thing left.
At night the room is illuminated and the shelves can be seen sharply
